Das UV-Licht beseitigt sicher die durch Algen oder Bakterien verursachten Trübungen, tötet Krankheitserreger im Teichwasser und hilft, durch die sterilisierende Wirkung, Fischkrankheiten vorzubeugen. Das Wasser im Gartenteich wird nicht belastet und die nützlichen Nitrifikationsbakterien bleiben erhalten. Eingang und Ausgang sind auf alle gängigen Schlauchgrößen adaptierbar.
