Am Auerberg steht schon seit Jahren eine solche Heugabel herum nur so, zum Anschauen. Dann kam die Idee, ihr eine neue Funktion zu geben.

Im spanischen Hinterland kann man noch die traditionellen Heugabeln finden, genannt „horca“. Die Triebe der jungen Zürgelbäume werden schon beim Wachsen in eine Vorrichtung gespannt, damit alle Äste in eine Richtung zeigen. Nach vier bis fünf Jahren wird das fertige Produkt dann „geerntet“. Am Auerberg steht schon seit Jahren eine solche Heugabel herum – nur so, zum Anschauen. Dann kam die Idee, ihr eine neue Funktion zu geben. Durch einen Stahlfuß, der in seiner Einfachheit mit der natürlichen Schönheit der Heugabel korrespondiert, ist daraus unsere „Spanische Garderobe“ geworden.
