Produktbeschreibung:

Qbrick System PRO Cart ist eine mobile Box auf Rädern mit einem Teleskopgriff aus Aluminium, der auch die Basis für die neue, multimodulare und kompakteste PRO-Linie ist. Die Box hat große gummibeschichtete Räder, die auf einer Metallachse montiert sind. Für die Sicherheit der transportierten Werkzeuge sorgen darüber hinaus solide Befestigungselemente und Seitenverbinder aus starkem Polyamid. Der Höhepunkt des Ganzen ist eine wasser- und staubdichte Struktur, die auf einer flexiblen Dichtung basiert, die in der Abdeckung montiert ist. Die Qbrick System PRO Toolbox ist eine geräumige, modulare Werkzeugbox, die bereits standardmäßig eine breite Palette an Zubehör bietet: eine im Deckel integrierte flexible Dichtung, die eine hohe Beständigkeit gegen das Eindringen von Staub und Wasser gewährleistet, 3 verstellbare Fächer, eine geräumige Ablage sowie seitliche Verbindungs- und Befestigungselemente aus super strapazierfähigem Polyamid vorne. Qbrick System PRO Organizer 100 ist das kompakteste Modell der PRO-Reihe. Die wichtigsten Vorteile dieses Organizers sind das patentierte Easy Access System, eine Dichtung im Deckel, ein super haltbarer Polycarbonat-Deckel, ein ergonomischer Griff, seitliche Anschlüsse aus Polyamid. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr reichhaltig, je nach Ausführung bestehend aus 8 Eimern in verschiedenen Größen oder mehrlagigen Schaumstoffeinlagen zum selbst arrangieren.

Received giftcard money to replace my plan-protected malfunctioning motherboard
I've been subscribing to the Asurion protection plan for a while. Recently, an Asus Prime PC motherboard I had bought a few months ago on Amazon stopped working well. I ended up considering filing a claim with Asurion to see if they would either fix/replace it or issue the purchase price money, so I could buy the failed electronics replacement component again for my custom-built PC. I went to the protection plan's website and started the claim filing process but couldn't find the category my failed component would be under in order to select it from the drop-down list. I ended up messaging the live customer service. The chat messaging was somewhat slow, the agent told me they were experiencing some communication delays throughout their systems. Ultimately, the agent was very kind and understanding, and completed the claim filing process for me on her side by asking me to provide the necessary info such as the item's product name, date of purchase, price before taxes, etc. I received a printable UPS shipping label in the email, printed it, and returned the item in the mail. Approximately 2 days later, I received an Amazon giftcard code in the email with the dollar amount equal to the item's price before the sales tax. Then I redeemed the giftcard code on the Amazon page and proceeded to apply the giftcard money to my next purchase of a replacement Asus prime motherboard, and it all worked out successfully. Therefore, I had no issues with the protection plan service and recommend it to others.

The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Nice functional printer at a low price-point

At this price-point, the WF-3820 is a winner for a home printer with not much printing volume. It prints well. It was easy to set up the printer and wireless printing from a couple of computers. It uses ink cartridges. While Epson goes to great lengths to advertise/tout its cartridge-free printer models, if you don't print a lot this unit will do fine for you. Did I mention that it's relatively cheap? Has a fax function, but I don't have a landline anymore. It is a bit tall, and you have to open the scanner to access the ink cartridges; so beware if you're putting it in a cabinet or shelf without some decent head room.

Given the 'not so good' reviews, I was a little apprehensive to buy this printer at first. This replaces a WF3620, in which I was very happy with its performance. But the print head began to print only Yellow and Black, and several attempts to 'unclog' the Cyan and Magenta nossles proved unsuccessful. But, I am very happy with the WF3820 - both with the price and the performance. It is faster and the graphics are clear and sharp. The 'jury' is still out on how much toner it uses, but suspect it is around the same as with the WF3620. If so, then I will retain my 5 Star rating.
