LICHT UND FINSTERNIS führt spielerisch an die Phänomene mit Licht, Schatten, Spiegel und Linsen heran. Das Spiel beginnt mit einfachen Licht- und Schattenspielen und einer Einführung ins Schattentheater. Die Wattekugel wird zum Mond und zeigt mit wechselnder Beleuchtung alle Phasen zwischen Neu- und Vollmond. Im Dunkel der Camera obscura entstehen Lichtbilder, die die Funktion der ersten Fotoapparate zeigen. Eine richtige Linse dient als Lupe oder erzeugt auf dem Kopf stehende Bilder, die mit Transparentpapier in der Luft aufgefangen werden können. Es wird mit Spiegeln experimentiert. Was geschieht zum Beispiel bei Mehrfachspiegelungen oder an einem biegsamen und einem kugelförmigen Spiegel? Ein Lichtleiter zeigt, wie das Licht in diesem „Draht“ auch um Kurven geschickt werden kann. Die gläserne Hohlkugel oder kleine Luftblasen in einem Wasserkästchen wirken als Verkleinerungslinsen. Die Glaskugel und Wassertropfen vergrößern dagegen wie eine starke Lupe. Zwei Teelichte dienen neben der Sonne und Lampen als Lichtquellen.

Good quality oil, but the dispenser is a nightmare to use

This MCT oil is truly odorless, colorless, and tasteless. While the oil quality itself seems good, the dispenser on the cap is terrible. I understand the design is meant to keep air out, but you have to squeeze the bottle quite hard to get any oil out, making it impossible to control the flow. Every time I try to pour a small amount onto a spoon, it shoots out and splatters all over my hands and the counter. Now, I just take the entire cap off, pour it onto the spoon, and close it back up. Great oil, but the bottle design needs a major update.
