Die Carignan-Reben stehen auf Schiefer und sind biozertifiziert. Kurze Mazeration, Ausbau teilweise in Tank, teilweise in gebrauchtem Holz. Marjorie möchte hier Trinkigkeit und Terroir vereinen — ein Wein, der ohne Erklärung funktioniert, aber Schicht für Schicht mehr erzählt, wenn man ihm Aufmerksamkeit schenkt.

Mittleres Rubinrot. In der Nase rote Johannisbeere, Kirsche, Garrigue und ein Hauch Rauch. Am Gaumen saftig und lebhaft, mit feinen Tanninen und einer frischen Säure, die den Wein ungemein trinkig macht. Ein unkomplizierter Roussillon-Roter, der zu Grillwurst, Ratatouille, Pizza oder einfach zu einem Stück Brot mit Olivenpaste passt.

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
