Hier schaffen die Höhenlage, die erfrischende Meeresbrise und die hervorragende Lage ein einzigartiges Mikroklima und ideale Bedingungen für diese Rebsorte, die sich hier von ihrer besten Seite zeigt und einen runden und vollmundigen Wein hervorbringt, der sich dennoch durch eine ausgeprägte Säure auszeichnet. Im Glas offenbart der La Crema Sonoma Coast Chardonnay ein duftendes und ausdrucksstarkes Aromaprofil mit anfänglichen Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, Birne, Ananas und Apfel, gefolgt von blumigen Noten und subtilen Vanille-Anklängen im Hintergrund, die auf die sechsmonatige Reifung in Eichenfässern zurückzuführen sind. Am Gaumen ist er harmonisch und strukturiert, lebhaft und großzügig. Er ist saftig und fesselnd, mit einer spritzigen Säure, die den Geschmack erfrischt und ausgleicht. Der Abgang ist lang und erinnert an leicht würzige Noten.
